Emily York Farrar Howard

Orrin Howard was born in Columbus, Chenango county, N. Y., February 1, 1815; married December 3, 1837, Nancy Farrar, daughter to Salmon Farrar of Edmeston, Otsego county, N. Y.; removed to South Edmeston in 1848, and resided there till 1885; then removed to New Berlin, N. Y., where he resided till 1901; now resides with his daughter in Grand Rapids, Mich. His wife died January 2, 1881, aged 63 years. In 1887 he married for his second wife the widow of his brother-in-law, Franklin Farrar. Her maiden name was Emily York of Brookfield, Madison county, New York. She died December 2, 1897.
