Welcome to the home page for the Fall 2008 Internet Marketing and Privacy Law seminar at the Northwestern University School of Law. This seminar will examine a broad array of legal issues involving the Internet, focusing largely on issues involving online marketing, privacy and security. The class also studies the role of public and private institutions in dealing with online fraud.
This course
will meet on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. in McCormick 185. The class will
meet for ten sessions, and the dates and times for those sessions are
listed in the class syllabus. The class syllabus is available here,
