This shot shows the Back (Row) bench on the left, an
Arm Blaster bench on the far right and Solid Steel Dumbells (5-125lb)
in the racks on the wall. The steel is much more dense than cast
iron. The heads on these 125's are about the size of 75lb cast ones.
This show shows a good shot of about 1/3 of the Gym.
Note the width (14') of the crossover.
A good shot of the crossover. It was made to a custom height
and with oversize (300lb) stacks on each side. The stacks are steel
not cast. I still remember what a bitch it was to get this into my
basement in pieces by myself.
A good Partial shot of the rear showing part of the Phase rack
the leg sled/hack squat and the seated calf raise. The swiss ball is
just stored on the press.
From where the phase rack is looking toward the dumbells.
The bench in the center is a Nebula Arm blaster bench.
A shot of the back bench. It's kind of dark but you should
be able to make out the foot platform and the specially handled
bar on the rack. It has dumbell holsters also.
A picture of the left crossover tower. In back on the right
is a custom made adjustable bench for doing lying tricep extensions.
in the rear left is a small Larry Scott signature bench for doing wrist curls..
The small end of the gym still looking for equipment.
Seen is a Larry Scott Signature Preacher Bench and a Larry Scott
spyder curl bench.
THe very top of the Spyder bench and the seated calf raise.
The Nebula Phase rack. Shortened slightly to fit. The
bench interlocks and slides in and out (Note the slide on the bench).
It also has an integral spotter stand. The safety bars flip around to
give 2" adjustability. This is incredibly heavy and is made of 3"
square steel. Also note the Ivanko Calibrated (+/- 10 grams each)
powerlifting plates.
An overall shot of most of the gym from the rear right.
Frontal shot of the phase rack.
Another Phase Rack shot.
A side view of the phase Rack. Note the slider on the
bench to adjust the pullout while keeping it anchored to the rack.
A side view of the Arm blaster bench and some of the gym.
A side view of the back bench.
A good view of the back bench showing the bar and holster
and an overall view of some of the gym.
Another view showing just a hint of a high/low pully,
pec deck, and converted (to) linear bearing smith machine. In the
picture is a body Masters utility bench.
A close up of the back bench showing the holster detail.
A front view of the arm blaster bench.
An extreme close up of the bar holder on the Phase Rack.
This is ball bearing allowing the bar to be slid back and forth while
loaded. This is a really sweet feature.
A rear view of some of the gym.
