Domestic Insurance Rates

Domestic Insurance is provided via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at the following rates :

$ 0.01 to $ 50.00 $ 1.75
$ 50.01 to $ 100.00 $ 2.25
$ 100.01 to $ 200.00 $ 2.75
$ 200.01 to $ 300.00 $ 4.70
$ 300.01 to $ 400.00 $ 5.70
$ 400.01 to $ 500.00 $ 6.70
$ 500.01 to $ 600.00 $ 7.70
$ 600.01 to $ 2,500.00 $ 7.70 plus $ 1.00 for each $100 over $600.00

If you pay via electronic funds, this Domestic Insurance is mandatory for shipments valued at more than $10.
If you agree to accept all risk, you may decline this Domestic Insurance for shipments valued at less than $10.

If you mail your payment and agree to accept all risk, you may decline this Domestic Insurance.

Realize that if you decline this Domestic Insurance and the item is lost or damaged, I will neither refund nor replace the item.
