I've made so much stuff over the years, but never really thought about getting pictures of any of it until after I got my first digital camera.

A
music box for a friends baby shower gift. Machined on a Roland Camm3 CNC desktop
mill. Designed and programmed with I-Deas.

A
clock I made for one of the Alpha tests of I-Deas 9. Machined on the Camm3.

Go
DUCKS! A guy I worked with provided the Duck graphic. I added the rest and machined
it on the Emco.

A
guy I worked with designed this for his wife. I programmed it with I-Deas and
machined it on the Emco.

A
guy I worked with got this model. I placed it in the block, programmed it and
machined it on the Emco.

Another
music box I designed and built for the I-Deas 9 System Test (final test before
Beta). Machined on the Camm3. (There's a close up of the front further down).

Name
plates I made for Take Your Daughters to Work Day. SmartCAM gave me the fonts,
I-Deas gave me the toolpath, and the Emco gave me the plates.

A
study of the rose I've used on several projects. The first was cut in wax because
I really had my doubts. It turned out so well I went ahead and cut several out
of rose wood (since the Camm3 was set up, why not?).

A
copper strap cutter that two other guys and myself designed and built. This
was so successful that the company asked that we build two more for our over
seas operations.

The
shop I worked at where we built the strap cutter. Eric, long hair on the right.
Rich, back turned (working on the strap cutter). Me, fat guy on the left.
