General Information

Joining the Batavia Accelerators
The Batavia Accelerators Youth Track Club is located in the far western suburbs of Chicago, in the Fox River area. All youths from ages 7 (born in 2001) to 18 interested in running are welcome to join. To join the club, come to one of our practices to meet the coaches and take care of membership paperwork. Club members are not required to be residents of Batavia. Our emphasis is on having fun while competing in cross country meets, track meets and road races in the Chicago area. Beginning and experienced athletes are welcome. We are family oriented and welcome parent participation in club activities. We practice throughout the year and compete in events during all four seasons.

Runners may join the club at any time. Runners wishing to run with us after their school season ends are welcome. For more information contact us at sandykurth@earthlink.net or  (630) 406-8803.

Upcoming Meets and Practices

We meet daily from Monday to Thursday at the Geneva forest preserve by the  Windmill .  Practices will be from 5:00 - 6:15 pm. 

Please bring a water bottle/sports drink with your name on it to practice.
