December 3, 2005 Meet The first race of the day was the three kilometer Bantam Girls race. Nicole Holzapfel led our group with a fine 12:49 effort, placing her 86th in the field of 219. Following close behind her was Kayla Kulisek with a 13:09 for 111th place. Abby Kulisek, moving up from her usual Pee Wee age group, ran a strong 14:30, good for 187th place. All of these times were personal bests. Next up was the three kilometer Bantam Boys race. Tommy Gordon paced our runners with an outstanding 11:23 clocking, giving him 26th place in the 234 runner field. Spencer Kurth and Noah Kulisek ran 13:25 and 14:24, respectively, placing them 172nd and 210th. Spencer and Noah are also Pee Wee age group runners. All of our Bantram Boys ran personal bests. Elizabeth Kulisek represented us in the 3k Midget Girls race. She ran a personal best 13:26, good for 215th place in a tough field of 250. In the 3k Midget Boys race Jordan Loughran captured 231st place in 12:49. This time is Jordan's personal best. Carly Schoettes ran a personal best time, placing 211th with a 20:34 in the four kilometer Youth Girls race. We had three runners in the 5k Intermediate Boys race. Stephan Jurgens ran an 18:11 for 82nd place, with Paul Jurgens finishing 140th in 20:29 and Brandon Loughran placing 146th in 24:27.
