I am so very thankful for my captains that understand the trails and tribulations I am going through to coach this team to the best of my ability... thanks girls for your support. I am thankful for a coaching staff that is so willing to change their schedules on behalf of this amazing new team... thank you! I am thankful to have dancers willing to come in on their time off to help clean... thank you Crysta, Alix, Charissa and Katherine! I am so thankful for having an "old" team that is so welcoming of our new dancers. It's so hard to wait for others to learn what you already know... thank you for understanding. I am so thankful for my stronger dancers willingness to do more basic choreography while we are building the team... I know what you can do and we'll get there. I am thankful for 'experienced moms' who give so generously of their time... thank you! I am thankful for new parents who call me to ask questions. It's so important to them to support their dancer... thank you. It would be so easy to complain about things that are not going right but I like to focus on all of the wonderful things that are going better than expected.
