regarding Barack Obamas constitutional eligibility to serve as U.S. President, the
issue has not gone away. Interested parties are waiting for the outcome of this
weeks U.S. Supreme Court conference that is expected to decide if that Court will
hear the case. Meanwhile, the folks over at WorldNetDaily are following the case on a daily basis and provide probably the best source of information. They are also undertaking grassroots efforts to force Obama to produce definite proof of his Hawaiian birth, in the form of his original birth certificate. Thus far he has refused to do so, for reasons unknown other than his stated concern for his own privacy. Blogger Jeff Schreiber at Americas Right is also following developments and offering legal opinion, but has been unable to devote as much time and effort and he would like.
