" I enjoy playing various Basses during my on stage performances and especially on recordings, to get that unique DJBass sound that expresses my music personality. All of the Bass guitars I use, have a special sound quality and characteristic that makes each Bass unique to my sound. " - DJ

The Ibanez SRX475 5-string bass packs a bit of extra tonal muscle with its Passive Full Range pickups. This bass gives me the power I need and the 2-band EQB-IIDX EQ lets me sculpt my sound just the way I want it.
Its distinctive Soundgear neck is super-fast, and its mahogany body is extremely comfortable. Add in little touches like abalone body binding and black pearloid block inlay to make an outstanding Ibanez bass. It has 2 EMG HZ soapbar custom pickups with active 18-Volt electronics.
This bass sounds great overall for Rock and Jazz.
Ibanez SR4 4-String Bass

First off, it has a 5-piece SR4 maple/rosewood neck and light, agathis body with smooth rounded edges, and a deep, lower cutaway for better access to the upper frets.
The dual EXF-4 pickups and an upgraded 3-band Style Sweeper EQ deliver improved overall sound whether you're grooving on the low-end for some crunchy classic rock, or working the full fretboard for a more pop sound.
Ibanez BTB Series 5-string Bass

This is my overall favorite Bass. The tone is fantastic and the playability is unsurpassed with Basses in the same range. The body is mahogany with a flame maple top.
The pickups are 18volt active Ibanez soapbar pickups and the bottom end deep sound is phenomenal. Another great feature of this Bass is the Uni-Saddle Bridge. Each string has it's own independent bridge saddle, which allows each string to vibrate without effecting the other strings, producing great sustain.
I had the body customized, stained and lacquered to my own design. I also use this Bass on many of my recordings as the sound is so hard to beat.
Fender Precision 5-string Bass

This Fender Precision 5-String Bass,
has passive pickups and the tone is
subtle and rounder than active pickup.
It is a very light weighted Bass made out of alder wood. It has a warm sound and a good slap-popin Bass. I occasionally use it on stage but it is mostly my backup Bass.
I am working on upgrading it and will eventually add active pickups on it for more tonal variations and balanced overall volume.

The Cirrus 5-string bass is a feat of craftsmanship few manufacturers dare to undertake. But Peavey craftsmen know their stuff and they've succeeded in transforming the rich Cirrus tone to a 5-string version.
This is a very heavy bass and the solid wood transfers a clear sound of the strings and the lowest B string sound I have heard.

I love the sound of a Strat guitar. This Samick Strat was put together by a custom shop in California by Valley Art Guitars.
It sounds great and I use it for recording. I have had this guitar for about 20 years and it's in great shape. The pickups are double coil and sound hot.
Ibanez EW20ASE Exotic Wood Ash Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar

There are a lot of guitars to choose
from. The Ibanez EW20ASE Exotic Wood Ash Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar is
different. Singular in looks and sound because it's made from exotic figured
ash. The grain patterns are striking.
For faithful reproduction of acoustic tone, a B-Band UST pickup is paired with
the Ibanez SRTn preamp with notch filter and an onboard tuner.
Paired with the fine wood are high-end cosmetic appointments also found on
guitars costing much more: an abalone rosette, Ibanez chrome die-cast tuners and
a natural high-gloss finish.
