Chapter 1  Matter and Measurement  - pp. 1-35

1. WELCOME   BACK !!!

2. You are reminded that AP Chemistry is a double period class. You will need a scientific calculator for this class.

3. I am predicting a chapter 1 test around 09/10/09.

4.  Will will be working on our first lab on 09/11/09. Please dress appropriately.  Lab will continue through 09/15/09.

1.  Please have the syllabus signature page signed and back to me by 09/08/09.

2.  We will be in lab Monday, October 27, 2008. Please dress appropriately. Make  sure you are ready to start lab on Monday. Have your notebooks prepared ahead of time.

7)   Chapter 8  -  Basic Concepts of Chemical Bonding

1. Lab- Determining a the Concentration of a Solution - Beer's  Law is due one week from the complete of the lab exercise in class.
