1992 Corrado SLC VR6

The Corrado SLC has been sold as of March of 2009.

A lot of work was completed in 2007 that centered on replacing the timing chain, tensioner, and guides as a matter of precaution. While doing so, everything was replaced within arms reach and done right. The car has 259K miles (98% highway) as of February 2009 and is ready for another 250K more. The VR6 motor has had a steady diet of Mobil 1 by myself and the previous owner. The B5 glass roof works great and is fully operational. The automatic seat belts work fine. In addition, the rear spoiler works flawlessly and was recently serviced. Lastly, I have a stack of records which also shows that the heater core (coolant pressure throttle unit) was replaced by Father & Sons (VW dealer) via recall in 1999. The SLC currently has the original BBS wheels mounted with Hankook snow tires for the winter.
