• Floor pan and battery trays are not rusted.
  
• Jack tubes have surface rust.
  
• Rear valance has rock-nick related surface rust.
  
• Both can be easily fixed.
• Original paint except for some respray on right front fender.

• Seats are not torn.

• Dash is not cracked.
  
• Left door panel vinyl is cracked.

• Cam tensioner upgrade. (As far as I can tell the tensioners are original).
