Computer Time
The studio is equipped with a computer with headphones to allow students to spend time (either before or after the lesson) on the computer working on programs that will teach ear training, musical theory concepts, rhythm, history, composition, note reading, music appreciation, etc. Many of the programs can be purchased for use in your home. I will be glad to send you a list of vendors that sell the various programs. Some of my favorites are: Music Ace by Harmonic Vision, Music Lessons I and II by Mibac, Midisaurus by Town4Kids, Peanut Butter and Jelly by PBJ Music Publications.
