Remote PC Support is billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. If your particular issue requires more than one hour support time, you will be given the option to continue and purchase additional support time or terminate service. Payment is due prior to receiving Remote PC Support. We do not issue refunds should you decide to quit after commencing a Remote PC Support session. We do not issue refunds for unused time, unless the unused time is in excess of 70% of purchased session time. Not all issues can be resolved through Remote PC Support. In the event that your issue cannot be resolved through Remote PC Support, you will be given the option of having a technician dispatched to your location. If you choose to have a technician dispatched to your location, you will be billed at our Onsite Service Rates and payment is due upon completion of service.
