I was having trouble setting up my new laptop computer. I made a phone call to Dell which was a major mistake, they managed to keep me on the phone for 5 hours, gave me a headache and transferred me to 3 different departments. My computer began to act slower, was giving error messages, and started locking up. I was getting very frustrated with the computer, and was about ready to throw it away, when I told one of my friends about how much trouble I was having. My friend had used JoAnne and said that I should call JB Computer Repair. So I called JoAnne that night, and the next day she was at my house working on my computer. My computer was infected with not one, but three viruses and had infected a large portion of my computer. JoAnne worked on the computer, and had me up and running like a new machine in no time.
