Note that the RPMs were not compiled with the -nls option. Thus all the Skencil menus are in English. My apologies to all non-English speaking Skencil users for this oversight.

All the RPMs are for SuSE Linux Intel (i586) and have static paths (i.e. you can't redirect the prefix). The RPMs are experimental. They have yet to be extensively tested. Additionally, the RPMs have extra plugins and utilities not supported by the Skencil project. In summary, the RPMs provided are not in accordance to the standard offering of the Skencil project and should be treated accordingly.

The RPMs are intended for SuSE Linux users who do not have a compiler - all SuSE Personal Edition users (as of SuSE 9.1). Thus, the RPMs were built under the assumption that the user is using the Skencil dependencies programs that are provided by SuSE (e.g. Python/Tkinter ,Tcl/Tk, ghostscript and PIL.). I have even taken into account bugs that some of these programs have that SuSE has not yet fixed. If you have a "custom" system (i.e. you have compiled some of these dependency programs), I can not guarantee compatibility (even if you are in the right ;-) ).

The RPMs are currently of Skencil 0.6.17pre3.
