BOB ARNOLD, CEO: Parks and Leisure Services have been Bob Arnold's life for over 50
years. His experience has spanned the planning and development of scores of parks and park facilities. As
Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Fort Wayne,
Indiana he achieved national recognition for innovative accomplishments in design, development and leisure service operations.
Feasibility analysis follows conceptual design. This is the business approach to leisure services. If the project
cannot be maintained because of inadequate revenues or operational shortfalls, Bob will find out before the project moves forward.

Jerry is a creative

e has been planning and supervising the construction of park facilities for over 40 years. Jerry knows the role of land steward and maintenance responsibility.In his capacity as
Superintendent of Parks
in Fort Wayne, Indiana he faced the challenge and reality of scarce budget funds for on-going cost of maintenance and operations.
