Pilates -- West Coast style
With wonderful wood floors, the historic Heritage Center, located at 2140 - 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, graciously hosts a West coast-style Pilates class as allowed by its rental schedule.

Classes are offered, when possible, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm. Cost is $ 5. Please bring a mat, "stretch strap" or long towel, and, if you want, small hand weights.
The last class in 2009 will be Tuesday, December 22, 2009.
2010 classes begin on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.
