Man o' man...thats a burger

 

1) Angus beef (1/2 pound) or turkey burger
2) 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
3) 1 thick slab of butter. Heat it is the microwave and kneed into the burger while still liquid
4) 3 good swigs of worteschire sauce
5) 2 ounces of Spaten's October Fest
6) 1 table spoon of El Pinto Green Chile Sauce...El Pinto...only the best
7) 2 pinches kayan pepper
8) A bunch of ground pepper
9) Cook for 3 minutes on one side
10) Keep flipping every 3 minutes until you hit 15 minutes total on medium
11) Better if you cook with some hickory wood in your grill and don't you dare
      press down on those burgers on the grill. :)

Great Hikes

Jess and I have lived in the Bay Area and Albuquerque so we have done some phenomenal hikes in both areas.  We also included some hikes we did on trips.  We will try and update this with pictures on every new hike.

Vacations and Wedding

Jess and I blow a lot of dough on vacations.  It has been worth every penny.  In this link you will find pictures from our trips to Italy, Jamaica, Hawaii, France, and Colorado. 

Jess and I were married on Sanibel island off of the Gulf coast of Florida.  Our wedding photos can be accessed through the vacations link. Our wedding site has many pictures of a phenomenal sunset that occurred the night of our wedding.
