The CDThis CD has a collection of 15 songs that the Lord has given to me over the past few years. Below you can find samples of a few of the songs:
Every Breath You Take (preview): The story behind "Every Breath You Take" One of the songs that is included on this CD is the song "Every Breath You Take". In 2005, I was at home praying for a member of our church who I was very worried about. He suffered from depression and had considered taking his life on a number of occasions. I sat down at the piano and God gave me the words to this song. After the song was completed, God compelled me to sing this song to the gentleman I had been concerned about and so I did. God then told me to hug him and tell him these words: "You know God loves every breath you take don't you?" and he said "yes". I felt like God wanted him to know how special he was to him. When the CD single of this song was released God moved me to give a portion of the proceeds from the song to St Jude's Research Hospital to help the children there who have cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. These children, like the member of my church, are also fighting a battle and I feel like they too need to know that God loves every breath they take and He is there with them as they fight the hardest battle of their young lives. I am grateful for everyone who supported this endeavor.
