Desktop Support Technician
I was raised in Tallahassee where I graduated from Leon High and Tallahassee Community College. I attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where my studies focused in the areas of Management, Finance and Real Estate.
I saw my first personal computer in a home in the late 70's. My experience working on computers began in early 1980's. Since that time, I have operated software from an assortment of vendors in office environments and provided in-house tech support for computers and computer related equipment. My experience with operating systems ranges from MS DOS, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, XP thru Vista. My application software experience consists of most popular software programs used in business, education and at the home.
One of the great benefits of working for Cy-tech Systems is the wealth of knowledge our technicians have and share among each other. This knowledge keeps us at the forefront of providing quality IT Support service. We have network specialists and top notch troubleshooters on our team. Through Cytech's preventive maintenance program, my goal is to keep our clients technology equipment running as efficiently as possible as well as keeping their computers protected against a range of ever changing threats. I strive to keep informed of the latest issues that computer users face and provide our customers with solutions to those issues. Currently, I have focused on the Vista operating system as it becomes the new standard on personal computers and workstations. I am committed to providing the highest quality of service to our customers and am proud to be a member of the Cy-Tech Team!
