I was born and raised in St. Paul, MN. I entered the Navy for a short stint and 23 years later I retired. I attended Meridian Community College in Meridian MS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. My first personal computer was a glorious Commodore 64. Personal computers have always been a fascination with me and I wanted to know more. I have taken courses with NRI (National Radio Institute) and assorted classes through the Navy. Trial and error, on my own computers, in addition to building my second system from the circuit boards up, has been my best learning experience. This associated with some talented and patient teachers.

Since retirement, I have been the electronics department supervisor at OfficeMax and the assistant manager at OfficeMax. In addition, I have been the contact person for work requests for Gateway purchases and installations. Plus, I have been independently employed as a desktop technician

I am excited about the Cy-Tech team and being a desktop technician.
