Friedrich Adolf Hermann Prince of Waldeck-Pyrmont (20.1.1865 - 26.5.1946) place of birth: Arolsen, Fürstentum Waldeck-Pyrmont Prince Friedrich was the last ruler of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont, located in modern central Hessen. He was viewed in very favorable terms, with his rule lasting from 1893 to 1918. Friedrich's marriage to Princess Bathildis von Schaumburg-Lippe produced three sons and one daughter.
