Paul Behncke

German Admiral who participated in the Battle of Jutland in May and June 1916 as Chief of 3. Geschwader. He later succeeded Admiral von Capelle as State Secretary for the Navy (Oct 1918). Behncke also served as chief of naval staff from 1920 to 1924.
