Graf zu Eulenburg served as Prussian Minister of the Interior and
Minister President. He studied law at Königsberg und Bonn where he
became a member of the Corps Borussia. In 1878 he became his
uncle Friedrich Graf zu Eulenburg's successor as Prussian Interior
Minister, an office he held until 1881. He was Senior President of
Hessen-Nassau from 1881-1892, when he was appointed to succeed Caprivi
as Prussia's Minister President. He died in Berlin on 5 November 1911.
