Thank you for agreeing to these terms. It's not our intent to offend you by posting our Terms and Policy. Our intent is to protect this website from abuse by others and protect our class of 51 members and visitor privacy.
- Class of 51 can not offer any kinds of services to sites that have content of adult nature, warez, mp3, hacking, racism, hate crimes, or any other illegal activity.
- If you choose to send us any information that you may want included in our news or you choose to sign our guest book the following applies.
- No adult images or links to sites with adult content (if you want an adult content go somewhere else)
- No illegal content or links to illegal content.
- No advertising of any nature can be posted in our guestbook and no link shall be posted to lead one to a commercial web site or other link. Except if you have a private home page or you as a member of the Class of '51 have a Business page that may be of interest to the Class of '51 or ELHS, ELHSAA in general we fully welcome such links. Only Member Business Sites may be posted at the sole discretion of the Webmaster after review.
- No deliberate actions which keep the Class of '51 Web Site from being displayed.
- Unsolicited email (spam) that is sent using email entries in our guestbook or elsewhere on our Web Site that results in a complaint to the administrators of this Site is not tolerated
- Spamming of members by non-members will not be tolerated.
- Class of '51 Webmaster will work with the member who was abused and attempt to punish the spammer. Proof of the spammer's identity is required for Webmaster to become involved.
- Wasting of system resources is not tolerated.
- Abusing the Webmaster, web site and of Class of '51. We don't mind you expressing your opinions but hate it when people become rude for no reason. Don't worry too much about this clause, we use it to reserve our right when you are becoming hard to deal with.
- Any other actions not addressed here that will affect this website and our members and visitors privacy against abuse of any nature sole determined by Webmaster of Class of 1951.
