James S. Czerlonka is a graduate of Bentley School of Accounting and Finance (now Bentley College). He has held several administrative and management positions in small business including more than a dozen years as co-owner and president of a small business printing company located in Lowell, Mass. For many years, early in his career, he was registered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and allowed to practice as a public accountant . In June 2004, after attending six years of evening courses, he graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell with a degree of Associate of Science, Information Systems.

Mr. Czerlonka designed, and has taught the Bookkeeping for Beginners course (formerly Bookkeeping for the Small Business)  for Chelmsford Community Education at Chelmsford High School since 1984. In 2005 he began teaching a second course in Chelmsford entitled QuickBooks - Computer Accounting for the Small Business, a hands-on personal computer course using the very popular QuickBooks computer software application.

In 2006 he was invited to teach the QuickBooks course at Middlesex Community College's Bedford campus. In February 2008 the Bookkeeping for Beginners course was listed in the Middlesex Community College course catalog being offered at the Lowell campus along with the QuickBooks course at the Bedford campus.

Early in 2008 Mr. Czerlonka completed work on a compact disc version of the complete Bookkeeping for Beginners course which may be purchased by individuals who find it inconvenient to attend classroom course instruction.
