To whom it may Concern
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Jim Ferguson. I have
been Jim's supervisor for the past six months, and during this time, he
has proven himself to be an outstanding cast member, in every manner, for
me here at Captain's Tavern Restaurant at Disney's Caribbean Beach
Resort.
There have been many occasions, too numerous to name, that Jim has gone
over and above his job responsibilities, and showed myself, and his fellow
Cast Members, his willingness to faster his belief in teamwork,
partnering, and bench marking. He has proven himself to be a steady
influence on both new and long term cast members with his vast job
knowledge and also his willingness to help out in any situation that may
arise.
Over the past few months we have also had the opportunity to utilize
Jim's talents as a Photographer for which he has surprised many of us with
his wealth of knowledge in this area. He volunteered to take pictures for
a Wedding patty that was dining with us, and to also go the extra step and
prepare an album for them. Without his assistance this couple would have
had no formal photographs of their wedding day. I emphatically agree with
the bride's comments of: "...these pictures are better than anything I
could have hoped for!...l can't believe he (Jim) has such a hidden
talent...it should be utilized!"
Jim has been as eager to learn, as he has been to teach both myself and
others, as much as he knows about his job responsibilities. He is a highly
valued member of the Captain's Tavern team and will surely be an extremely
sought after cast member for any other team he chooses to be a part of in'
the future. I can only by to express my respect and thanks for the
attitude, dedication, vision, and enthusiasm Jim has brought to this area.
I know these qualities will continue on and be present in any endeavor he
chooses to become involved with in the future.
Thank you.
