Husband is Francis Wayne Parks, born August 19, 1938, age 47, born in Michigan, married to Janice Lavon Chadwick, who was born March 18, 1940, in Texas. The parties were living at 5708 Pryor Street in Bakersfield, Kern County, California when they married.
He also found the death certificate, which among other things, relates the following:
Date of Death January 5, 1989

Cause of Death: Struck by train at RR Crossing.
Usual Occupation: RR conductor.
He has also located and has the accident report, which essentially says only that Wayne, and another RR employee were struck by a train at a pedestrian crossing on January 5, 1989.
Waynes father is shown as Francis Preston Parks, and his mother was the former Dorothy Cassteel.
