The Accublend is a continuous blending Trimix and
Nitrox mixing system which makes mixing gas as easy as filling air. It eliminates expensive and time
consuming partial pressure gas blending. With the
proprietary electronics and software package the system does not require
customers to drain the existing gas in order to get a new breathing gas
mixture.
This device works by blending
the desired mix prior to the compressor intake in ambient conditions. The pre-mixed gas is then fed into
the compressor intake and pumped to appropriate fill pressure.

- Enables dive shop to fill
customer tanks with nitrox or trimix while they wait. Mixes instantly so there is no
need to wait before analyzing.

correct helium percentage in a two chamber blending system and reports
the final mix.
- Oxygen sensors provide fast
response and feedback of the system.
- Two-Stage supply regulators
maintain a constant flow of gas independent of the supply cylinder
pressure.
- Supply pressure as low as 20
– 30 psi can be used to economically use the full contents of oxygen and
helium supply cylinders without a booster or cascade system.
- Safety Precautions:
- Solenoids shutoff oxygen
& helium supply if the oxygen percentage in the system is greater
than 39%. (System should
be monitored at all times to ensure proper mix content and avoid
oxygen spikes in the system).
- If the
compressor switch is wired into the compressor the supply gas (oxygen
& helium) inputs to the blender will shutoff when the compressor
shuts off.
(Supply cylinder valves should be shutoff when system is not
in use)

complete package of regulators, electronics, built-in safety features,
mounting hardware and software. We stand behind our product with a one (1)
year guarantee on the electronics and a limited lifetime warranty on the
blender apparatus.
Description of how the
Accublend works:
Two (2) high performance
regulators are provided for oxygen and helium supply bottles. Each
regulator feeds a precise, 20-turn needle valve that allows fine tuning of
the oxygen and helium percentages. The pure gases are then fed to the
blender apparatus where the gases are homogenously mixed with air and fed
into the compressor intake, compressed and transfilled into the tanks
being filled.
System
Features:
- The Accublend display allows
you to monitor your O2 and He percentages blending is performed with its
built-in analyzer. The electronically controlled shut-off solenoids have
six built-in safety features that stop the flow of both oxygen and
helium if:
- the auto calibration
button is pushed while the compressor is running
- there is any loss of power
to the Accublend electronics box
- the O2 sensor reaches
39.9%
- the sensor cables are
unplugged
- the power switch is turned
off
- the compressor stops
running
- The Accublend software
program gives you the ability to calculate and top off mixtures for
existing trimix or nitrox
- The software also allows you
to set pricing for your gas and automatically calculates a price for
each fill.
