"Dream Deal" is a city simulation with personality. In the background is a sophisticated economic simulation. People move into the city. New people create a demand for new jobs. Businesses move in to fill this need. The developer's job is to provide buildings for the businesses. He can also steer the growth of the city in many ways. "Dream Deal" is inhabited by a number of interesting characters. That's where the personality comes in.

Below are some details about the game.
-- Play against three computer players who are competing developers.
-- The object of the game is to be the only remaining developer in the city.
-- Hire useful people; fire incompetent one's.
-- Competent employees and other contacts are crucial to a player's success.
-- Characters can become indispensible allies or bitter enemies. A lot depends on how you treat them and often how much money you can throw at them.
-- Buy and sell properties. Assemble them into bigger lots or divide them into smaller ones. Owning entire blocks brings certain advantages.
-- Several types of buildings can be built on a lot, including many sizes of office buildings, hotels, convenience stores, and department stores.
-- Construction of buildings takes some time, depending on how good your property manager and contractors are. Cost overruns and construction delays are always possible.
-- There are many types of businesses, such as banks, retail, and law firms. Each requires a building and a certain number of qualified employees to operate. The developer can help out by providing housing and other services for employees.
-- A business's success is very dependant on its location. Many businesses thrive with high volumes of traffic in the area. Traffic depends on where people live, work, shop, and play.
-- Employees must be paid; officials must be bribed; buildings must be paid for. It all takes a great deal of money.
-- "Dream Deal" runs on Amiga OS4 and Windows XP.
