Yep. Saturday morning dawned damp and cold. However, I had a ride to lead! My wife and I rode to the Gateway Transit Center to meet the others. After a few minutes, the diehards started to gather. Michael Wolfe rode his "Rivendell Edition" Tour Easy: British Racing Green with Baggins Bags, wood fenders, and cork grips. Jane Mechanec showed up to lend moral support- she had strained something and wisely passed on the ride. John Climaldi showed up with a flat tire- he's fixing it with the assistance of Pat Franz.
