Next Field Trip:
If for some reason you do not wish your child to attend a field trip please let me know in advance why they are not attending. Students who don't return permission forms in a timely manner make it difficult for planning. I must scramble the day of a field trip to find someone that can watch your child while we are gone in addition to having to create assignments for them to do. This takes up time I do not have. Field trips are designed to reinforce lessons taught in class, the students miss real world applications of material taught if they do not attend. Just a reminder - when you volunteer to chaperone a field trip you are accepting responsibility for the behavior and safety of the students in your group. Arrangements should be made with me, and me only, if you are unable to continue watching your group. Y= permission form returned P= paid H=health form returned (if needed)
