Homework is given weekly in the areas of reading and
math. Homework will be assigned on Thursdays and
is due back the following Thursday. There is a folder in the teal
file cabinet by the door for students to return work.
Spelling will be assigned to a few students based on the results of the
last spelling test. Students will be notified this week of their words.
Spelling activities are in the red pocket folder.
Please turn in whole folder. Do not remove pages. Words are also posted
in the classroom.

MATH:
Friday's speed tests are sent home on Friday for students to complete
for homework. They are due back Monday morning.
Math Mysteries will be sent home on Thursday with the spelling
and is due back on the following Thursday.

READING:
Students should be reading every night. They may choose their own books.
Once a week they will turn in a Reader's
Response to either a book they have completed or a chapter. We will be
doing non-fiction this 9 weeks. I will send home a form for the students
to follow.
