1967-1969 289, 302 and 351W use the same radiator, outlet on right.. In 1970, the 302 and 351W use the same radiator, outlet on left.

So What Radiator hoses do you use when you put a 351-C in a 1967 Mustang? Look at CarParts.com website and use some deductive reasoning.

Upper Radiator Hose

Lower Radiator Hose

In 1970, the 302, 351W and 351C all take the same lower radiator hose. This means that the diameter and shape of the molded hoses are the same for all 3 engines. Now note that from 1965-1969, the 260, 289, 302, 351W all took the same lower radiator hose. Since the 351W is the same as the 351C in 1970 and is the same as the 289 in 1967, then the lower radiator hose for the 1967 289 should fit the stock 289 radiator and the 351C engine.
