About

Jeremy Colwell got his first professional illustration work in 1993 as a senior in high school.  It was for a RPG sourcebook—it was completed, but never saw print.  Disappointed, but not deterred, he enrolled in community college and received a full tuition scholarship for his art talent.  While there he participated in various group and solo shows.  Two years later, now at the University of Washington, he had a painting selected to show in the Jacob Lawrence Gallery.  He graduated in 1998 with a BA in Inter-disciplinary Visual Arts.

Now married and the father of two boys, Jeremy continues to develop his art and illustration.

His focus has been in the comics and sequential storytelling fields.  He has worked as a penciller, inker, colorist, letterer, and full illustrator for a variety of publishers and private clients.  He has also worked on television and game production artwork as well as spot illustrations for print.
