Keith is a modeling friend of mine who also models Missouri Pacific but was raised in the St Louis area and developed a fondness for most of the local roads which he railfanned as a youth. He never particularly liked the CB&Q NE12's when he saw them, but years later found they showed up in a lot of his pictures thus were indelibly part of his railfan history and decided to model one.
