Rock Island 17210 is out of the last order of International Car (and last of any) cabooses ordered for the Rock Island. It was delivered with the unusual LFM-Rockwell trucks*.

The model is an Overland Models import custom painted by TRAIN DETAIL WORKS in the ROCK image blue and white. Along with the usual roof and underbody treatment, all vestiges of any roofwalk supports were removed and the ends were completely redetailed.
