The first operation starting of the right and then going left is to trim the case to length. I use the Lee system and I can mount various Lee cutters and length guides in the wooden frame. I upgraded my Lee case holder about a year ago by buying one of Sinclairs case holders which fit into an electric screw driver. Looks better and is easier to use. The Sinclair Case Holder had to be modified to work with the Lee System. The little steps which centers the case using the primer pocket were removed.
The second step is deburring case neck inside, middle station. For this operation I am using the K & M Tapered Case Mouth Reamer which puts about a 7 degree taper on the inside of the case mouth. This tooling is adjustable and works great. Bullets just slide into the case, and I think it helps in the alignment.
The third step is to debur the outside of the case neck. I use one of RCBS's case deburring tools for this.
Speed, I can do 100 cases easily in 20 minutes.
I stuck this on the web because is works so well for me and thought some other shooters may find it handy also.
Thinks X shoot Tens.
Call K&M Services to order tapered case mouth reamer.

The Skil Electric Screwdriver has been one of the best and most used
tools I have purchased. I use it for everything, including case
trimming. I now have three of the Skil Electric Screwdrivers, had
to replace the spring in the on/off switch on number one. Each time I
get a extra battery I end up with another screwdriver, for only a
couple of bucks more you can get
the complete screwdriver with battery then just buying the
battery. The setup using the wooden blocks to hold the
power driver on center with the tool works very well. The
operation is quick and you do all three operations while the case is
mounted in the shell holder. I sometimes include a soot removing
wiping operation as a step four. Simply wipe the case neck while
power turning the case.
Go to the Skil Web Site and
find a service center near you. They still have this model
electric screwdriver available with the interchangeable
batteries. They also have the extra batteries at a much better
price. The service centers here (Southeastern Michigan) are a
much better place to deal with than the major outlet stores. The
Home Depots, Lowes, and hardware stores around here do not carry the
full Skil line and only have the electric screw driver with the built
in
battery. They all now seem to be focus on the bigger cordless
electric
drills. The original little Skil Electric Screwdriver is just
right
for me and this little setup. It is very light and easy to
handle.
Also works great with K&M's primer pocket uniformer.
