1/4c vegetable oil
4oz chocolate, unsweetened, melted
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar for rolling
Heat oven to 350f.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, then mix in wet ingredients.
Measure the dough into tablespoon size pieces, roll between palms to form balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat. Put the balls 2 inches apart on greased (or parchment covered) baking sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until cooked but not too firm.
Let cool on the sheets for 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
