Welcome to Giggles n Grins Boutique. I am not only the owner of this site, but I am also a stay at home mom & homeschooler to my daughter. All our headbands are made with the finest grosgrain and specialty ribbons. All ribbon ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying. Our crochet headbands are made from baby soft yarn to be most comfortable for those wearing it.

PAYMENT:

*Purchases will be invoiced within 24-48 hours

*I accept ALL forms of PayPal and Money Orders

*Custom Orders Will not be started Until Payment is Received.

SHIPPING:

*Items are shipped As Soon as Item Is completed and Paid for in Full. This can take up to 3 weeks for shipment for some items. If it is needed sooner please contact me.

*Shipping is available Using First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail

*Insurance is Highly recommended. I am NOT responsible for shipped packages.

*Delivery confirmation is used for each package. The tracking Number will be emailed to you for your records If you paid by PayPal you will receive a tracking number from them if you paid by money order I will email you the tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

*Returns for New/Handmade Items*

*I do accept returns for exchange or Refund, On new/Handmade Items Only

*Returns/Exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery of the item(s).

*If there is a problem, please contact me BEFORE returning the item(s)

*ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION I SENT THEM

*Your purchase price & original shipping costs will be refunded only if all of the above conditions are met
