About Me: John Filicetti is a Sr. Business Process Consultant, Sales Engineer,
PMO Director with a great depth of experience and expertise in enterprise
project management, project management methodologies, Project Portfolio
Management (PPM), Project Management Offices (PMOs), Governance, process
consulting, business management, and just getting things done in better
ways! John has directed and managed
project management teams, created and implemented methodologies and
practices, provided project management consulting and training, created and
directed PMOs, and provided pre-sales and post-sales consulting in such areas
as business process re-engineering, network systems integration, application
development, infrastructure, and other complex environments. John attained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Arts
Education/Technology from Washington State University and an MBA from St.
Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. John has
been on the local PMI Board, is an instructor for the PMI Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification course, and has presented at many PMI
events. John has been PMO Director for Seattle Children’s Hospital, WaMu
Bank, and T-Mobile USA and has advised and consulted with customers
worldwide. |
