These are just some guidelines. When requesting airchecks
from me, please keep these in mind.
Cassette and Audio CD are the formats I can record on.
If recording a cassette for you, I ask for a cassette in return. Same goes for CD's.
I do not want any syndicated programming such as Rick Dees countdowns, or Dave Till
Dawn satellite programming that is carried on numerous stations.
I am blind so please do the following when recording an aircheck for me.
Please send me in a text file what is on each tape or CD as well as labeling
the cassette or CD in print.
For you, I will number each cassette or CD, and send you a text file containing
the following info for each aircheck you request from me:
Stations frequency
Call letters
City of
DJ (If Known)
Date/time of recording
format
I will list you as a Contributor to the airchecks you sent out to me. Please do
the same for me.
I'm not a stickler for these guidelines. The only things I am really picky
about is that you please send me the labels in text files.
If you just label a cassette and or CD and just send it to me, then I have to
depend on someone else to read me all of the info so that I can copy it down
for this website.
It’s a lot easier for me if I just have the info down, and can use the
info you provided to update my airchecks listing.
Along with these guidelines, use what is found on the
FAQ
page.
