The New Room - 2005

The big hold up was selling my boat to get it out of the garage, then building the shed. Then it went on hold during hunting season. Then we cleared stuff from the garage to the new shed, and I framed the walls. Then it was hunting season again. A long hold-up until we finally bought a window, just before our Disney vacation. Then, I really got to work ...even though it was in the middle of hunting season again.

Will this room be called the "Finished Garage", "New Room", "Homeschool Room", "Holly's Art Studio" (...Joe's Poker Room), what ?

I made fast progress after we "finally" chose a window.

Primer on the walls and ceiling on Friday. Textured paint on the ceiling on "Opening Day" Saturday.

I'm ready for paint and carpet!
