We'll be working on data anaylsis and an opinion poll project before moving on into linear functions. Hall of Fame basketball coach John Wooden always said "failing to prepare is preparing to fail." Good advice as you start your school year.

Here is an important quote for you to think about: "This is a new day. This day has been given to me to use as I will. I can waste it - or use it for good, but what I do today is important, because I am exchanging a day for it! When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, leaving in its place something that I traded for it. I want it to be gain, and not loss; good, and not evil; success, and not failure; in order that I shall not regret the price I have paid for it."

Always remember, "the choices you make determine the life you lead". Make good choices.
