Another Dave site generated by another Dave fan with some creative links.

  • The Spenser Home Page
My favorite fiction author is Robert Parker, creator of the "Spenser" series. Here is a site with all the information you'll ever need, the books, the poetry, the quotes, maybe even the start of a cookbook. If you are from Massachusetts and you haven't read Spenser, you're missing a real treat. If you have read them, visit this site. You'll be glad you did.

  • Spensarium
Another fine unofficial Robert B. Parker site. For serious fans, this one even offers an email mailing list.

  • The Thrilling Dectective
A must stop site for fans of detective fiction. PI's, authors and more at this well done site.

  • Harlan Coben
I am becoming a fast fan of the Myron Bolitar series by author Harlan Coben. You get the action, suspense and quick wit of Spenser all tied together with a sports theme as Myron Bolitar, as a big shot sports agent, helps out his clients who seem to habitually get into some rather peculiar jams.

  • Spider-Man Crawl Space
In my youth I loved superheroes. I read Superman, Batman, but my favorite super hero was "The Amazing Spider-Man". Here's a site that reviews some of the new material. Even, gasp, Spider-Girl. Spider-Man's daughter!! Boy am I getting old.

  • Marvel Dot Comics
The future of comics is here. You can read "The Ultimate Spider-Man" and more at this official site.

  • SpiderFan.Org
The Unofficial Spider-man web page. A terrific site with sections on characters, collectables, comics, fans, software and more.

  • Survivor .
Here is the official CBS site for the hit summer show. I know, I know, I should know better but I couldn't stop watching! Even when they voted off the best looking castaway , I still watched. And yes, I am not ashamed to admit it, I rooted for the home team, the Middletown, RI resident and eventual winner. Lets face it, he played the game the best. Also for your survivor pleasure, here's a Survivor News site. Also the official Survivor II site. Pig anyone? And what is up with these rice eating castaways? Didn't they learn anything? The Survivor2 tribes also voted out their best looking survivor.

  • Invisibles .
Okay movie fans, an "Invisible" is a screen shot from a movie in which the actors have been removed. Can you figure out the name of the movie just from the actors' clothing? My person best was Invisibles #24: The Boys (and Girls) of Summer

  • Star Wars .
The official site of the series.

  • Famous Quotations .
Looking for a famous quotation? You can probably find it here.

  • Kramer .
Yes, that's right, it's Kramer. Kenny Kramer that is. The real life man who inspired the character. How do you order soup from the soup...eh,... guy ? Does Kenny possess the "kavorca" (the lure of the animal) ? Find out from the REAL Kramer on his homepage and check out information on the Reality Tour.

A very good page with concert, album information and, can you guess, song lyrics.

  • Paul Simon
Lyrics from the works of the great singer, song writer and poet. You should also visit the official site Paul Simon.com

  • Imagine - an unofficial tribute to John Lennon
A tribute site featuring lyrics, pictures and more.

  • Blues Brothers Lyrics Archive
As Elwood said "Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Universal Amphitheatre. Well, here it is, the late nineteen seventies going on 1985. You know, so much of the music we hear today is all pre-programmed electronic disco, we never get a chance to hear master blues men practicing their craft anymore. By the year 2006, the music known today as the blues will exist only in the classical records department of your local library. So tonight ladies and gentlemen, while we still can, let us welcome, from Rock Island Illinois, the bluesband of Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues, the Blues Brothers."

  • Continental Drifters
Saw them at the Narrows in Fall River. Now I'm a big fan. You can get information and listen to some of their original music here.
