Graham Family Reunion -- Thanksgiving, November 28, 2002
{Only two weeks away!}

Everything is set for a fantastic reunion. Leslie spoke with the director of the resort yesterday, and the condos have been completed. They are pouring the concrete for the pool side so the pool will also be done in time for our reunion. The units are within 20 feet -100 of the pool and we are on the first floor.
The unit is 1400 square feet and has 2 living areas and 2 patio areas so I think we will be OK even if it rains. {The clubhouse will not be done but we should be able to stake out poolside areas.}

Leslie and Janet will be there on the Sunday prior and plan to do most of the food with things like a turkey, ham, salads and stuff for sandwiches that people can serve themselves throughout the day. We can all keep track of expenses along the way, plus we can start to take volunteers for such items as beverages, appetizers, and desserts. We have some ideas for activities already planned, but are always looking for other activities for the kids and families like games etc.
* Let me know if you would like to volunteer for a dish or beverage. Also let me know of any games or activities you would like to help organize. Two years ago Janet organized great potato sack races and more.

The Westin has not assigned unit numbers yet, but we will try to get the number of the units in advance. If you do not get it in time, go to the resort and check at reception for our unit under Laudeman or Zargham.

This is a family event not to be missed! --- 27 people are already confirmed.

*** Graham Family Reunion --- Thanksgiving 2002 ***

Here is the plan - To get as many of the Graham family, and friends, together for a fun filled day of food, games and possibly even Karaoke (singing). Leslie and the whole Laudeman clan are going to be staying at the brand new Westin Resort Timeshare. Leslie (thanks Leslie) has offered to hold the reunion during the day at her time shares at the Westin Resort (in Cathedral City, just off of Dinah Shore Drive -- See link below for more info). Sounds like a beautiful place to hold it, as they have two 1,400 sq ft condos and access to pools, playground and more. (Bring your bathing suits).

* Most of the Laudeman family will be staying at the condos at the Westin in Cathedral City. Just ten minutes away in Palm Desert, the Jones’s and Hooks will be staying (hotels and house). If anyone needs help or ideas with hotels in the area let me know.

* The goal is to get everyone together for the day, have fun and catch up. So come, dressed casual, prepared to spend the bulk of the day (probably noon to 6pm) – ready for games (potato sack and egg carry races and more), swimming, volleyball, Karaoke (singing), and of course lots of food.

* Please let me know if you would like to volunteer for a dish or beverage.
