During the first year, you're covered by our one-year limited warranty and the appliance manufacturers'
one year limited warranty. The program includes two prescheduled visits at 30 days and the 12th month.
Two Year Limited Warranty
A two-year systems warranty covers plumbing, electrical, central air conditioning, and heating systems.
2-10 Bonded Builders Warranty
If your new custom home were to experience major structural defects during the first ten years, they would
be covered under this policy. In addition, this warranty is transferable and the home remains covered for the entire
