Home on Third Ave. South.  The approximate street number is 934  Third Ave. So. This was a delapidated rooming house in the late 1950's and early 60's. Originally, this was the home of Issac Paul, a self-made architect during the 1840's-1870's. Issac Paul owned most of the land between Third Ave.(College St.) and Fourth Ave. (Cherry St.) all the way from present day Lafayette St. out to Chestnut.
